The cottage is based over three floors.

The master bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed, en-suite and fitted wardrobe.

The second bedroom is on the middle floor it has two single beds and a large wardrobe.

On the ground floor there is a lounge, kitchen with washing machine and bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Free Parking at choice of two pubs only a stone throw away from the Cottage.

The cottage is based in the heart of Hopwas, many beautiful walks right on the door step. The nearest pubs are a 30 second walk away, The Red lion or Tame Otter both offering a fabulous range of food and drinks. Hopwas social club is also close by and open to non members. Whittington is a 5k walk from the cottage along the canal and also has a a range of pubs and restaurant and a local co op.

Local big towns are Tamworth and Lichfield where you will be able to find all the larger supermarkets and shops.

The property is situated right on the canal toe path, due to the age and location of the property an integral smell can at times appear however this does tend to disappear once guests have arrived and have opened the door.

As you can see by the positive reviews it doesn’t seem to affect the guest experience.
